I'm Natalia Zaradzka, founder of KN Integrated Solutions.

Before consulting, I spent 8+ years as a Logistics Engineer inside automotive plants — the kind of environment where a stalled line costs real money every minute, and where a recommendation that can't be implemented on Monday morning isn't worth making.

My background is in packaging development, internal logistics and supplier logistics, working on programs supplying OEMs including BMW, Stellantis and the Volkswagen Group. I'm also a certified PRINCE2 Foundation Project Manager — projects don't just get planned well, they get delivered on schedule with milestones you can track.
